IQ tests themselves are not, but iirc using them to screen for employment is, on the grounds that it somehow is discriminatory. (Which seems really weird to me. How is screening by college degrees not discriminatory in exactly the same ways, in addition to requiring that people have the wealth to afford them?)
A QUESTION I CAN TALK ABOUT
The answer is that any test/requirement that is not necessary for the position is banned. Since it is impossible to demonstrate that 130 IQ is necessary but a 129 IQ is too low, you cannot discriminate between 129-130. Induction over the positive integers: It is impossible to demonstrate any IQ necessary for the position and you are required to hire a piece of ambulatory fungus if it shows up with the correct college papers.
