after the interchange discourse recently I look at this picture and see that the radius of those cloverleafs is way too small; the cars will have to slowdown while they are still on the freeway instead of taking the exit ramp at normal speed and slowing down on the bend.
wasn’t there something about the entirety of old Florence fitting inside a single highway interchange?
crazy thing is we are going to perfect interchanges about the same time we perfect self-driving cars.
While we’re at it, there’s weaving – people coming from the bottom and going to the left enter the left-right highway before people coming from the right and going to the bottom have gotten off the left-right highway.
